AIR CARAIBES
- From Paradise to Capital City -
Air Caraïbes is a French airline belonging to the Dubreuil Group. Established in 2000, it is primarily based in the French Caribbean, specifically in Guadeloupe and Martinique, but also has a base in the French capital, Paris-Orly. The airline operates daily flights from Paris to the Caribbean, as well as inter-island services operated by 4 ATR-72 aircraft. Since 2003, the Caribbean company has been serving the main French islands of the archipelago, such as French Guiana, Martinique, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Lucia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, and Saint Martin. For its long-haul fleet, Air Caraïbes relies entirely on Airbus aircraft and operates six Airbus A330s and two Airbus A350s.
Today we are invited by Air Caraibes to discover their A330's business class - which is called the Madras class - between Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe, and Paris.

CABIN REVIEW
Upon entering the aircraft, the blend of blues, dear to Air Caraïbes, gives a sense of being invited on a vacation. Once comfortably seated, we take the time to explore all the details of this Business class, such as the large IFE screen, the amenity kit, and the different seat configurations. And there's a slight disappointment... Unfortunately, the NEV 3 seats do not have a fully flat bed. To console us, the welcome drink arrives promptly, champagne!
CATERING
For us, it's a Ti'punch as an aperitif, followed by mashed guacamole and risotto for the meal. Afterwards, with a good Nespresso, we enjoy the in-flight entertainment before getting some sleep. Unfortunately, the non-full flat position can be constraining for some.
After waking up, about an hour before arrival in the French capital, it's time for a continental breakfast to start a beautiful day with this early arrival in Paris.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, Air Caraibes' Madras Class service on their A330 aircraft offers passengers a premium and enjoyable travel experience. With comfortable seating - despite the non-full-flat bed-, attentive service, and a range of amenities, passengers can expect a high level of comfort and luxury throughout their journey.
The spacious cabin provides ample legroom, allowing customers to relax and unwind during their flight. The in-flight entertainment system offers a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and music, ensuring guests are entertained throughout their travel.
